How long will it take to create my custom footwear design?

Turnaround time for your custom footwear is based upon design complexity and any applicable add ons. Average production time from start to finish is around 12-15 business days however, rush service is available for any design needed within 8 business days.

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of each order being hand cut and hand sewn from various leathers imported from all around the globe, under no circumstances are any returns allowed.
All sales (including clothing & accessories purchases) are final.

Is there a minimum order quantity on embroidery orders?

There is NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY required when purchasing embroidery services with Nigel Badman. No matter if it’s a few sample items for a future collection, a 1 of 1 product for a major client or project you’re working on, or a large order needed on short notice, all of your production needs will be carefully handled by a skilled expert.
